Arrests Made in Merced 7-Star Liquor Store Robbery

Arrests have been made concerning the 7-Star Liquor Store robbery. The 3 suspects originally escaped with cash, lottery tickets, and alcohol.

MERCED, California

Arrests have been made concerning the 7-Star Liquor Store robbery. The 3 suspects originally escaped with cash, lottery tickets, and alcohol.

It was reported that originally, 3 armed and masked men went into the 7-Star liquor store in Merced.  According to police, 2 of the robbers had handguns.

Emilio Tito Alvarado (26), Eric Richard Guerra Jr (24), and Robert Joe Hernandez (27) were arrested for the robbery, all being residents of the area of Fresno.

The 3 have been sent to Merced County Jail and are facing charges of conspiracy to commit a crime, robbery, and gang enhancements.

Of the 3, Alvarado has made bail and has been released from the county jail.  If you or anyone knows anything about the robbery, Merced PD is asking for information.
