Chorizo Scramble in Atwater’s “Granny’s Pantry”
The Chorizo Scramble from Granny’s Pantry is an amazing dish to have if you are feeling hungry and in the mood for a light spice and heavy flavor. I can only describe it as a perfect example of everything I like in breakfast, Potatoes, Egg, and Meat. The seasoning on my potatoes was one of a kind and my eggs and chorizo reminded me of the huevo con chorizo my grandma would make me when I was younger. I am thankful I found Granny’s Pantry in Atwater!
The first time I was made aware of Granny’s Pantry in Atwater California, I was walking down Atwater Main Street. I was with Valerye Defehr and we were taking a look around the town.
When you first walk by it, you will be struck by the tables nearest to the window, and something about it calls you in. It is somewhat of a house one would expect a grandmother to have lived in for a long time.
The atmosphere feels like home and the food always smells amazing. If you are in the mood for lunch or breakfast, Granny’s Pantry has you covered.
